Logh

Logh has some new stuff out right now. Are you familiar with these guys? If you’re not it’s too bad. They’re really quite a talented band. For as much as I like these guys, it’s a shame I don’t have more of their stuff. I think I’ll download some of their stuff off emusic in the near future.
I don’t remember where I first heard of them. I got a song or two of their’s somewhere online, I’m sure. Then I was music shopping at Ameoba Music in San Francisco one day and saw one of their albums. I recognized the name so I took the gamble and grabbed it. Turns out that the album came with a DVD. First off, the album was “A Sunset Panorama”. It’s a really good album. Well, the DVD was pretty bad ass too. It ended up being a concert done in the studio with the band playing each song off the album. It was pretty neat. From then on, I’ve been a big fan.
So what do they sound like? Logh has that distinct Swedish melodic pop, similar to Kent. Any Kent fan should definitely give these guys a listen. It’ll be worth it.
I linked some songs from Bad Taste Records. Saturday Nightmares is from their latest album, North. It seems to have been released all over Europe, but I don’t think it’s in The States yet. iTunes has an exclusive ep though so you can run over there and get some new tunes from them.
